Assist. Prof. Eiichi Furusato visited Brandenburg University of Technology and Federal Environmental Agency, Germany (Dec., 2016) 

Assist. Prof. Eiichi Furusato , Graduate School of Science and Engineering 

 

Assist. Prof. Eiichi Furusato has visited to the laboratory of Prof. Marion Martienssen and Bad Saarow research center in the University of Brandenburg University of Technology, the Federal Environmental Agency and Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries, Germany, from Nov 30 to Dec 6, 2016.

 

In the two campus of the University of Brandenburg University of Technology, he talked about recent research works in their group seminar. Based on the topics, they discussed future collaboration between the institutes and Saitama University.

 

Also, he discussed the research issues with Dr. Ingrid, in Federal Environmental Agency. They discussed their current research regarding with famous Berlin large lake, Tegel lake with another institute researcher for their fruitful research outcome for both countries.

 

Finally, he visited one of famous institute in the world for his research field, IGB, and did small work shop with Dr. Hupfer. They confirmed the similarity of their interest and the possibility and plan of their future collaborative research.These were good opportunities to build a good relationship and to start collaborative work.
